Do you require a deposit to book a service?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin the planning or creative process. The deposit goes toward your total balance.
How soon will I receive my photos or media?
Turnaround time depends on the service. For photoshoots, delivery is typically 7–10 business days. For media packages, videos are delivered on a scheduled timeline based on your package. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.
Do you travel for shoots or events?
Absolutely! Travel can be arranged and is quoted based on distance, transportation, and lodging needs if applicable. Let us know your location when inquiring so we can plan accordingly.
What if I’m running late to my shoot?
Sessions are scheduled tightly, and tardiness may shorten your session time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and a rebooking fee may apply.
